IT Support Pricing
Simple per-computer pricing - add only what your business needs.
Base managed IT plans are priced per computer, per month. Microsoft 365 licensing is billed separately and is not included in base packages. Optional add-ons are available when you need them. Onboarding is a one-time fee. For a quote tailored to your devices, users, and compliance needs, schedule a free assessment.
How pricing works
- Base managed IT (Essentials IT, Managed IT, and Managed IT Complete) is billed per computer, per month.
- Microsoft 365 licensing is a separate service and is not included in base managed IT packages.
- Optional add-ons (such as Security & Compliance Management, mobile security, printers, servers, and HaaS) are billed only if you choose them.
- Security & Compliance Management is $40 per user per month, with a 5-user minimum.
- Onboarding is a one-time fee of $50 per computer.
- Larger projects are quoted separately from the monthly plan.
Managed IT plans
Per computer / month
Each plan includes the features listed under that package. Higher plans include everything in the plan below them.
Essentials IT
$95 per computer / month — For businesses that need reliable, no-nonsense IT support. Great for small teams that just need things to work.

$195 per computer / month — Full-service IT with boots on the ground when you need it. For businesses that want a true outsourced IT department.

- Onsite project work (moves, upgrades, expansions)
- Physical infrastructure support (cabling, equipment, and more)
